Hi, I'm Lindsey.
I'm a late-diagnosed, autistic ADHDer recovering from a lifetime of high-masking and cycles of burnout.
My neurodivergent, multi-generational household has tried so many tools: traditional productivity apps, shared calendars and to-do lists, dry erase boards and sticky notes, spreadsheets and repeating phone reminders.
None of them fit.
They didn't account for fluctuating energy.
They didn't lighten the mental load.
They often made things feel heavier, not easier.
I created Latitune because we need an adaptive system built for the ebbs and flows of real life.
