Who can use Latitune
- You must be 13 years or older to use Latitune.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts & households
- Latitune allows shared household spaces.
- Information added to a household may be visible to other household members.
- Please use Latitune respectfully and in good faith.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are abusive, harmful, or violate these Terms.
How AI features work
Latitune uses AI to suggest tasks, balance options, and insights.
Important
- AI features are assistive only
- AI suggestions do not make decisions for you
- You always choose what to accept, change, or ignore
Latitune is not a medical, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice service.
Subscriptions & billing
Latitune offers:
- A free tier
- Optional premium subscriptions (monthly or annual)
Free trial
- Premium plans may include a 7-day free trial
- You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period
- Payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins
Billing is handled by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Canceling stops future billing but does not refund past charges.
Data & privacy
Your use of Latitune is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your information.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Latitune reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update features or these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Limitation of liability
Latitune is provided "as is."
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- You use Latitune at your own discretion

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
